Do we have the music for this yet?
Not yet. The vocal score is expensive - more than $20 - so I need to make sure we have a commitment from singers before placing an order. A bulk order can get us a significant discount. But it's tricky: if I order too many copies, we get stuck with the extras and can't return them. If I order too few, we then have to place an additional order at full retail to make up the difference.
Is the muezzin a solo also? And will it be drawn from the choir? I look forward to seeing how that will work out. This sounds like a fascinating work.
